Three Life Lessons From C.T. Fletcher

Now you have all the information about C.T. We now know more about C.T.

1. You are the master of all your flesh

Anyone who is active or has made a New Years’ resolution of becoming more active should be aware of the effects of muscle fatigue after a workout.

When your muscles feel sore and tired, this little voice inside of you tells you to stop. It is easy to succumb to this voice and stop working out. CT is not like that voice. He orders his body what he wants. His mental strength is more powerful than this little voice.

Remember that you are the master of your own flesh, next time you feel like giving up.

2. No Excuses

It is easy to excuse yourself and even more so once you have it as a way of life. It is hard to excel at anything, and it takes hard work and dedication. Only a few people are willing or able to work hard enough to become great at one craft. There are no excuses on any path to greatness.

3. Records are meant to be broken

Don’t let a record or a rival fool you. In my local gym, there is a quote that reads “Work until your idols become your competitors”.

The goal may seem far away, but you can make every day count if you do the right things.

Favorite Quote From C.T. Fletcher

You don’t have to look for an easy path. No one likes to work these days. The 20-minute abs, or the 10-minute this, or the 10-minute that. Work out at the gym. Earn it!
