Top 10 ‘Friends’ Facts Every Superfan Must Know

The “Friends” cast is reuniting to host an exclusive untitled unscripted HBO Max Special. Jennifer Aniston with Courteney Kox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer will be returning to the original soundstage, Stage 24, on the Warner Bros. Burbank Studio will be used to commemorate the long-running series, which ended in 2004.

Variety has been informed by sources close to the situation that the six stars will each receive $2.5 million for their participation in the special.

10 25th Anniversary

Friends celebrated its 25th birthday. It is hard to believe it has been so many years since Chandler, Monica Ross, Phoebe, and Joey graced our TV screens together as a group of 20-somethings trying to figure out their lives in New York.

The Friends creators noted that their pilot episode on Sept. 22, 1994, did not attract the attention they expected. They never imagined that it would draw so much attention twenty-five years later. This 25th anniversary was, to their delight, one of the ‘Friends’ most significant events. This just shows that a great sitcom can endure the test of time, and still entertain and draw a crowd.
