The ABC reality TV show, “The Bachelor”, first aired in 2002. It has since become a huge success. Over 22 seasons, viewers waited anxiously to see what would happen next. It’s hard to get enough of the show. People are always eagerly awaiting the last rose and perhaps a Neil Lane engagement band. I don’t know what is more entertaining, the show itself or the party with friends to view it together and discuss who they should choose.

1  Alex Michel and Amanda Marsh

Alex Michel was a businessman turned TV producer. He was also the first Bachelor! It was a great first season. Everyone learned as they went along. Alex found Amanda Marsh, a beautiful event planner, at the end of the first season. Alex decided to marry Amanda but didn’t get engaged. Alex chose Amanda over Trisha, the season 1 runner-up. Instead, they decided to keep their relationship going. Unfortunately, their relationship was short-lived and they eventually broke up.
