Early Life

Logic was born Sir Robert Bryson Hall II on 22 January 1990 in Rockville, Maryland. He spent a lot of his childhood in Gaithersburg’s West Deer Park neighborhood.

Logic’s father was a cocaine addict, and his mother was an alcoholic. Despite being absent from his childhood, Logic was able to reconnect with his father through his burgeoning rap career.

Logic saw his brothers distribute crack cocaine to addicts around the block, and he also witnessed his siblings selling the drugs to his father.
